Duc Nguyen’s journey began over 20 years ago in the bustling City of London. Starting his career as an accountant, he quickly transitioned into auditing, where he honed his analytical skills and gained a deeper understanding of financial management. While his passion for numbers was clear, his love for programming inspired him to create innovative solutions tailored to small businesses.

Recognizing the challenges businesses face in managing employee documents and operations—such as storing payslips, employee details, and contracts, or automating shift scheduling—Duc partnered with Lovie to develop the A2B Human Resource website. This platform was designed to simplify document storage for small businesses, particularly in the UK. With a vision to provide an intuitive, secure system for accessing and managing important files, Duc and the Lovie team worked tirelessly to craft a solution that meets the unique needs of small business owners.

Today, A2B Human Resource is a modern, accessible, and efficient tool that empowers UK businesses to streamline the management of employee documents safely and easily. The project is set to expand, incorporating more human resource management functions to meet evolving business needs.

Lovie specializes in creating custom booking websites with unique designs tailored to each business, eliminating the need for monthly subscriptions. These websites are easy to use, convenient, and customized to suit the specific needs of individual businesses. The first client for this service is CH Nails, for which Lovie is building a personalized website with the following features:
